Our infant program focuses on being a “home away from home”. In this nurturing environment, we practice the primary caregiving approach, which is the foundation for secure child-teacher relationships. Through this method, the continuity of care from home to school is established and daily routines for each individual child created with the collaboration between parents and educators. Through reflective observations and documentation, our infant educators gain a deep awareness of the developmental needs of each child, which results in the infant program being responsive, flexible and supportive to the uniqueness of each infant.
