PRESCHOOL STUDENTS
Student Visit – Infant, Toddler and Casa: When applicable space is available, the Admissions Coordinator will schedule a visit for the family to return with their child(ren). This is a special time when the child will spend a half hour in the class to become comfortable with the idea of coming to school and to see if the program is a good fit for the child.
Offer of Admission: Once the tour, parent information session and the visit for the child(ren) have been completed, an offer of admission with the link to register your child will be sent through email. As part of the complete registration process, the child’s immunization record, health card number and passport or birth certificate will be requested and collected as required by the CCEYA. These will be added to your child’s Ontario Student Record and kept in a confidential location in the school office. Parental release forms and auto-debit forms will be collected to finalize the registration process.
