Now appointed as General Counsel for the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, I am a seasoned lawyer with over 15 years of experience as both legal counsel and a private practicing lawyer. My expertise is in commercial transactions, including contract negotiation and drafting, real estate transactions, and procurement both in a public setting and through the evolving public-private partnership (P3) model.

• Providing litigation leadership with over 13 years of litigation experience in private practice and 3 years of experience managing external counsel on a significant cross-border litigation matter (US and Canada)
• Developing major projects in the field of infrastructure, construction, engineering and real estate
